From our Sunday Program to camping, festivals, and retreats, we welcome all members of the community to plan their visit!

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by the natural beauty of the sanctuary—lush greenery, gentle cows, and the soothing sound of kirtan from the temple. We encourage visitors to plan their trip in advance to make the most of their stay. From Sunday Programs that include lively kirtans, Bhagavad Gita classes, and prasadam feasts, to Festivals and Events celebrating sacred occasions throughout the year, there’s always something special happening at the Veda Foundation.

From FL-19
  • Travel on FL-19 heading toward DeLand.
  • When you reach the intersection with County Road 42 / Central Camp Rd, turn right.
  • 45801 Central Camp Rd will be on the left-hand side.

What hours are you open to the public?

We are open every day from 4:30 am to 8:00 pm. If you plan on visiting, we ask that you RSVP at (929) 372-8732 so we can serve you better. You may also consult our Daily and Sunday Program schedules for more details:

What is the best day to visit the temple and cow sanctuary?

Although we are open to the public every day, the best day to visit us is Sunday. We have our Sunday Program beginning at 11:00 am, followed by a number of family-friendly spiritual activities until 3:00 pm. This includes a delicious lunch for all guests. Please RSVP at least 24 hours in advance at (929) 372-8732.

What is the best day and time to feed the cows?

The best day to feed the cows is Sunday after our Sunday Program (around 2:30 pm). If you would like to come another day, please RSVP at least 24 hours in advance at (929) 372-8732.

Do you offer accommodations?

Yes, we offer accommodations for families and individuals. Details and FAQs can be found on our Accommodations page.

Do you offer prasadam?

Yes, all food at the Veda Foundation is lovingly offered to Sri Sri Gaura Nitai before being served to devotees and guests by volunteers. We also offered a volunteer-based catering service. Read more about the Veda Foundation’s food distribution here.

Do you have a gift shop?

Our Divine Gifts gift shop is currently located in the Prasadam (Dining) Hall. We have devotional art, clothing, decorations, and much more.

How can I donate to the Veda Foundation?

We welcome all types of donations that help support our operations. Donations can be made electronically via our Donate page or in cash. We are happy to provide a receipt for all donations upon request.

Do you conduct yagyas and other samskaras?

We hold a weekly Sri Sri Laksmi Narasimha Yugya on Sundays at 11:00 am that is open to the public. We also open our doors to members of the community to host private events such as birthdays, weddings, and other major life events. Please contact us for more information.
